Please also feel welcome to call Ability Consultants on 1300 694 625, or email us at. Please contact your behaviour support practitioner, support person or support coordinator. Who do I contact if I would like more help?

If you have technical issues or would prefer in-person support, please speak with your behaviour support practitioner, your support person or your support coordinator. It’s important that you’re comfortable with your behaviour support and the way in which you participate. What happens if I don’t want support over the phone? If you have a private number, your number won’t be visible. When you join a Zoom call or meeting by dialling in, your name will not be visible, but your phone number will be. When you join a Zoom meeting using a video call, you’re able to enter your name and other members of the call will see your name. What will my name appear as on the Zoom call? They can add your local Zoom number to the Zoom invitation.

Please ask your practitioner to arrange this in advance. This will incur international call costs. If you’re not able to join using the internet, you can dial into the call using your phone. I’m not in Australia - how do I dial in using my phone?
